ING Rechtsbijstandverzekering review

We pay a polis for 2 people for inboedelverzekering, rechtsbijstand and Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering, but when you call for help they say only one person is insured and deny all services to the second person. It’s a huge scam. Additionally they hang op the phone to the customers after a waiting time of 45 minutes. As a woman I was told twice, it’s my husband the one that needs to call to solve the issue.
